Eyelink eyetracking system arrived!

We are proud to report that the NLD now is in possession of one of the top eye trackers in the world (the Eyelink 1000 PLUS). The system allows us to conduct high resolution eye tracking research in the areas of reading, emotion, and attention. For example, we can now study Marike's (see picture) gaze aversion and pupil dilation response when we have her look at dog pictures (she is afraid of all dogs...). The workshop from dr. Marcus Johnson (company rep) was highly useful and we are excited to use the tracker in the upcoming LIMO study on reading!
