Renee Jones is a Ph.D. student in Educational Psychology (with an emphasis in Developmental Sciences). She earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology from North Carolina State University and a Master’s in Educational Psychology (with a clinical focus on assessment, counseling, and behavioral consultation) from Texas A&M University. Renee is passionate about mental health and is interested in pursuing a career in research with a problem-solving lens. Her primary research interests include how social, emotional, and neurobiological underpinnings of motivation and mental health moderate the process of learning for culturally and linguistically diverse populations. Her hobbies include cooking, painting, and trying new things.
